Integrations

Connect existing applications. Keep your options open.

Rather than replacing your infrastructure, POLx°IMAT is designed as a potential intelligence layer across systems you already use.

Start with one approved interface. Expand based on data quality, security requirements and measurable value.

  • ERP, CRM, MES, WMS and business applications
  • APIs, events, structured files and selected legacy interfaces
  • Role-based access and human approval design
  • Incremental, use-case-led integration

Multi-agent architecture

One service. Specialized agents. Accountable decisions.

POLx°IMAT BASIC is proposed as a scoped integration service, not an unrestricted autonomous factory operator. Modules are selected per customer case and validated before use.

01 · CONNECT

Integration Agent

Read approved ERP, MES, files or telemetry through configured adapters and least-privilege access.

02 · VERIFY

Data Quality Agent

Flag missing, stale, inconsistent or out-of-range data before any downstream calculation.

03 · DIAGNOSE

Diagnostic Agent

Identify exceptions, correlate evidence and suggest possible causes with confidence limits.

04 · CALCULATE

Optimization Engine

Compare constrained scenarios using deterministic calculations and validated solvers where appropriate.

05 · REVIEW

Decision Agent

Translate calculated alternatives into actionable recommendations and explain trade-offs.

06 · GOVERN

Approval & Audit

Require authorized sign-off for consequential actions, log decisions and track outcomes.

Modules are proposed capabilities; their implementation and production readiness depend on the customer-specific pilot.

POLx°IMAT · Modular agent library

Meet the specialist AI agents behind every decision.

One coordinated service, not twelve separate subscriptions. Select a factory problem; we configure only the necessary agents, integrations and validation gates. Explore each role, deliverables and implementation status.

What is included in BASIC? A scoped configuration of relevant agents for one agreed use case, a limited set of approved data sources, a measurable baseline, a review dashboard and human sign-off. The complete agent library is not automatically included, production-ready or autonomous.

Example: one factory problem, five controlled stages

01 · ConnectInventory approved plant data and interfaces.
02 · DiagnoseCheck quality, investigate the bottleneck.
03 · CalculateCompare options and quantify uncertainty.
04 · ApprovePresent evidence to an accountable human.
05 · TrackLog outcomes and compare against baseline.

Pre-sale principle: Discovery → feasibility gate → scoped pilot agreement → customer-specific integration → measured acceptance. No promise of operator replacement, guaranteed savings or unsupervised control of physical equipment.

04
Acceptance & expansion

Agree on measurable acceptance criteria before any production automation or multi-site rollout.

Questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

Does POLx°IMAT replace our ERP?

Not by default. The proposed architecture is complementary to existing systems, subject to integration feasibility.

Is POLx°IMAT already production-ready?

This landing page presents a commercial and technical product concept. Specific modules, integrations and readiness must be verified before deployment.

What is the difference between SaaS and FaaS?

SaaS is a software subscription model. FaaS here is a proposed Function-as-a-Service model for a defined business capability, with scope and responsibilities agreed separately.

Can we begin with a single factory or process?

Yes, the proposed engagement starts with a limited, measurable use case and expands only when validated.

Engineering & governance

Questions to resolve before autonomous execution.

Can POLx°IMAT replace a plant operator?

Not as a general claim. The BASIC proposal supports monitoring, analysis and recommendations. Safety-critical control or autonomous actuation requires separate engineering, validation, authorization and compliance review.

Which AI models and agents are used?

The architecture is model-agnostic by design. An orchestrator can call selected language models, rules, tools and mathematical solvers. Exact technology and licensing are chosen during technical feasibility.

How is due diligence performed?

Review data availability, system access, cyber security, privacy, process ownership, baseline KPIs, calculation validity, failure modes and contractual responsibilities.

What happens when agents disagree?

Conflicting results are flagged. Deterministic checks, source evidence, escalation rules and a designated human approver decide whether a recommendation can proceed.

What does pre-sale mean?

A discovery engagement, paid feasibility study or conditional pilot reservation can be offered before general product availability, with accurate scope and explicit milestones. Do not market unbuilt features as deployed.

Multi-agent realization · controlled execution

One defined problem. A coordinated team of specialist agents.

POLx°IMAT is proposed as a managed decision workflow, not an unchecked autonomous operator. Existing AI helpers may be reused where technically suitable; every connector, calculation and action requires validation for the customer's environment.

01 · CONNECT

Connector & access agent

  • Permission checks
  • Read-only integration first

  • Provenance & confidence
  • Exception detection
  • Evidence trace
03 · CALCULATE

Optimization & simulation

Run defined calculations and compare alternatives under constraints and uncertainty.

  • Reproducible computation
  • Assumption disclosure
  • Scenario comparison
04 · VERIFY

Independent verification

Challenge proposed results against rules, source records and safety thresholds.

  • Cross-checks
  • Conflict escalation
  • Failure handling
05 · DECIDE

Decision orchestration

Prepare a ranked recommendation with rationale, expected trade-offs and an owner.

  • Explainable proposals
  • Role-based approvals
  • Audit trail
06 · ACT / LEARN

Controlled execution

Execute only authorized low-risk steps, measure outcomes and improve rules.

  • Human approval gates
  • Rollback or stop conditions
  • Measured post-action results

“All-inclusive” should mean managed delivery — not unlimited autonomy.

Integration, orchestration, dashboards, verification and support can be bundled into a scoped service. Hardware changes, third-party licenses, bespoke connectors and production write-access must be explicitly agreed.

Explore the BASIC pilot →
Product demonstrations · evidence status

Show the decision, not just the dashboard.

Use your existing POLx°IMAT dashboard prototypes as demonstration assets. Each commercial demonstration should distinguish illustrative data from customer-validated results.

Demo descriptions are conceptual. No live production data or verified customer performance is implied. Existing local prototype files may be linked after a publication review.

Due diligence · deployment readiness

What must be checked before a factory can buy and deploy?

A transparent pre-sale readiness checklist for customer IT, operations, procurement and management. Tick items during discovery; progress is saved only on this open page, not sent anywhere.

0 of 12 readiness items checked

Technical due diligence

What systems exist? Which protocols? How reliable are timestamps, identifiers, units and data history? Where can read-only tests run?

Operational due diligence

Who is accountable for decisions? What happens when agents disagree or fail? What actions are forbidden without operator approval?

Commercial due diligence

What is included in BASIC? Which connectors are standard versus custom? What are the acceptance tests, fees, liability boundaries and exit terms?

BASIC package · proposed pre-sale structure

What “all-inclusive multi-agent delivery” actually means

POLx°IMAT BASIC is proposed as a managed, scoped service: integration design, connector configuration, specialist agent orchestration, quality checks, scenario evaluation, reporting and operator-facing decision support. It does not mean unlimited connectors, autonomous control of safety-critical machinery, guaranteed savings, or replacement of legally accountable professionals.

01 · Due diligence
Asset inventory, API licenses, network topology, OT cybersecurity, data rights, baseline feasibility.
02 · Human control
Read-only first, role-based approvals, safe action allowlists, emergency stop and rollback design.
03 · Evidence
Traceable input lineage, model/version logging, validation sets, uncertainty and measurable KPIs.
04 · Commercial scope
Defined use case, supported connectors, responsibilities, service levels and acceptance criteria.
